Every summer our family sits down in the late spring to put together our Summer Fun List. We think up ideas of activities we want to do while the kids are out of school, road trips we might want to take, new places to visit, old favorites to visit, crafts and science experiments, outdoor activities to do, and just family time together activities. We don't always get to do all the items on our list, but we have a great time trying!

What a great list and cute printable! I love that solar smores oven. We are anxious to get a garden started, but it won't quit raining.
ReplyDeleteThanks! The solar oven smores were fun to put together (my girls loved to get the mini pizza we used for the box too!). I know what you mean about the rain! I have some tomatoes I want to plant, but they are sitting there waiting since we have had so much rain too.
DeleteWhat a great list, so many ideas! Thank you for the inspiration and thanks for linking up to the Bloggers Brags Pinterest Party. I have pinned your post to the Bloggers Brags Pinterest Board
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting! I'm glad you liked the ideas on my list. =)
DeleteThank you so much for the great list, my little man is almost 2.5 and I'm already stressing about what I'm going to do this summer. He LOVES being outside, but I live in AZ, and can't bring him out when it's 110 out! There are definitely some fun things I can do with him on here!
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting Erica. I can't imagine being out in the AZ summer! I'm glad you can use some of the ideas. =)
DeleteGreat list! Thanks for sharing. I've already been gardening but I must add more to my list. These are really fun ideas.
ReplyDeleteThanks Pamela! Our garden is so tiny this year. We've had strange weather. It's definitely something I want to work more on.
DeleteSounds to me like your family is going to have a seriously awesome summer! Gotta make the best use of the great weather, right?

ReplyDeleteEarly mornings and evenings we spend outdoors. I told my girls in the middle of the day it's time for a museum or fun inside. It's amazing what they can pack into a day! Thanks for stopping by Robin.

ReplyDeleteShellie
Thanks for stopping by Shellie! We will probably only get 1/2 of our list done, but we have a good time trying! =)
DeleteThis is a great list - I particularly love that solar s'mores oven! Thanks for sharing at Talented Tuesday!
ReplyDeleteWe love the Solar oven S'mores too. If it would ever stop raining we would make them! Thanks for stopping by.
DeleteI'm going to be borrowing some ideas off your list.... like feed the ducks! BUT I have to point out as I learned a couple years ago that bread is not good for ducks. I go to our local pet store and buy chicken feed. We love doing this and it has been probably since last summer when we last went so a very good reminder to add this! We also plan to incorporate s'mores in our summer... http://joannwoolley.blogspot.com/2015/06/smores-21-ways-summer-bucket-list.html ... We are going to spend some time at the beach and go to the county fair and make use of our museum pass to Balboa Park. Summer countdown is on!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment about the ducks Joann. Do you know if regular bird food is okay for them? We have a bunch of that we could take with us.
DeleteIt sounds like you have a great summer planned! The county fair is always so much fun! Where we live, all the cities within 30 minutes have their own festivals (Rodeo Days, Strawberry Days, Onion Days, Freedom Days) during the summer. We usually visit at least 2 or 3. =)
Great ideas. Pinned and tweeted. We appreciate you stopping by to party with us. We hope to see you, tonight at 7 pm. Happy Monday! Lou Lou Girls
